Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks as needed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision (training provided).
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Measurements: Assist with measuring and marking areas for installation.
- Demolition: Participate in light demolition and debris removal tasks.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to Learn: Eager attitude and a strong desire to learn construction skills.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Documentation: Ability to provide valid identification and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
