Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials on site.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the job site to ensure safety standards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools (training provided).
- Support skilled tradespeople with daily tasks including measuring, cutting, and assembling.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Complete daily reports and communicate progress to site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
