Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all wiring and fixtures meet local and national safety codes.
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct troubleshooting on electrical faults to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Document all work performed and report daily progress to the site supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Support the team in reading blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training and mentorship.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license is required for traveling to job sites.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods.
