Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Support team operations to meet project deadlines efficiently
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train on the job!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
