Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks, including site preparation, excavation, and general cleanup.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under direct supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site-specific rules.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads, foremen, and fellow team members.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and carrying supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred) and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in general labor or construction is a plus.
