Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, masons, and electricians, with various tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe work site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and preparing materials for construction.
- Follow project blueprints and supervisor instructions accurately.
- Stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods in all weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quantity calculations.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
