Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties including loading, unloading, and staging materials at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Hand dig trenches and prepare surfaces for concrete or paving.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety guidelines is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
