Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate heavy and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, hauling, and site cleanup.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
