Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform digging, lifting, and carrying as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
