Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and general site duties.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and supplies efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from foremen and supervisors.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid government-issued ID or driver’s license is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- No prior construction experience required (training provided).
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus but not required.
