Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, including clearing and leveling ground.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols strictly.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and cleaning.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety standards.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Reliable transportation to the job site daily.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
