Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including cleaning, digging, and hauling materials to and from the job site.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment onto trucks and work areas.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of senior tradespeople.
- Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company protocols strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and layout tasks as directed by the foreman.
- Ensure the job site remains organized, clean, and safe for all team members.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
