Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on job sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and tools
- Operate basic machinery (concrete mixers, jackhammers) under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – we train all new hires
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
