Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow site safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with demolition, excavation, and framing tasks
- Adhere to project timelines and team instructions
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we train on-site!
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
