Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including material handling, debris removal, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (training provided)
- Assist skilled trades with layout, excavation, and concrete work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Participate in trenching, shoring, and general site cleanup
- Work collaboratively in diverse crews on residential/commercial projects
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train motivated candidates
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
