Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and generators.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and safety checks.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide paid on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality work.
