Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to maintain safety and organization.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Move heavy objects using hand trucks, dollies, and forklifts when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- No prior experience is required; a strong work ethic is a must.
