- Operate basic tools safely (hammers, saws, shovels) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Maintain job site safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Follow instructions from site supervisors to ensure project timelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary - full training provided
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Jacksonville
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily attendance
