Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on job sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
- Lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Valid state ID or driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- No prior construction experience required; we provide the training.
