Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under strict supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Preparation Work: Assist in excavation, leveling, and general site preparation for upcoming phases.
- Documentation: Complete daily logs and report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for long hours.
- Attitude: A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Safety Conscious: Ability to follow safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is essential.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
