Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and operations.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the foreman.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Perform minor site preparation work, including digging and leveling.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
