Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
- Perform basic site cleanup duties, including removing debris and trash.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- A strong desire to learn and a commitment to safety on the job.
