Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic power tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and waste.
- Perform digging, lifting, and general site preparation duties.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
