Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and general site cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and organize job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of a foreman or crew leader.
- Perform general site maintenance, including sweeping, digging, and hauling debris.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Transport materials and tools between storage areas and work zones.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
