Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Perform light demolition and debris removal as needed
- Follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for morning/afternoon shifts (15-30 hrs/week)
