Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels) and light equipment (saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed by supervisors
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform general site cleanup and prepare work areas for next phases
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train on the job!
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Las Vegas Valley
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, dust)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work collaboratively in teams
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
