Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians) with project tasks
- Maintain clean and safe job sites by clearing debris and following OSHA protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Complete daily timecards and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation
- Commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work in a team environment
