Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installation tasks
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and reporting procedures
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- OSHA 10 certification (we'll provide if needed)
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions
