Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certification
- Demolish structures and clear debris following OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and execute construction plans accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized worksite to prevent hazards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided if not held)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Flexibility to work extended hours including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
