Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Assist skilled trades with layout, measurements, and installations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment for optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and project timelines
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math/measurement skills and blueprint reading
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
