Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic equipment (saws, drills, compactors) safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear proper PPE
- Load/unload construction materials and debris
- Perform light demolition and concrete work
- Complete daily inspection reports
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
