Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople and labor teams
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
