Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and safely transport to work areas
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like digging, pouring concrete, and framing
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, and prolonged standing
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train on the job!
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 6 PM - 6 AM)
- Physical stamina for demanding outdoor/indoor work
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Atlanta metro
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
