Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize building materials and tools at job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, carrying, and basic assembly.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools following safety guidelines.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as hauling debris and cleaning site finishes.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods outdoors.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly without injury.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required for entry-level.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team structure.
