Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up staging areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to keep the project on schedule.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand tools (hammers, saws) and basic power tools under the supervision of skilled trade professionals.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Support: Provide general assistance to crew members, including hauling, mixing concrete, or holding materials during operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding labor for long shifts, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with the team.
- Experience: Prior construction experience is a plus, but we provide full training for motivated candidates.
