Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to maintain site safety
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, and finish work as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic tool handling experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (training available)
