Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including debris removal and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site managers
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Support team members with heavy lifting and material transport
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Prefer 6+ months of construction experience (training provided)
