Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks (excavation, grading, trenching)
- Operate heavy machinery (bulldozers, forklifts, jackhammers)
- Construct scaffolding & temporary structures
- Maintain safety protocols & OSHA compliance
- Assist carpenters/masons with material handling
- Demolish outdated structures efficiently
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Basic math skills for measurements
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Team player with strong communication skills
