Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment (saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow precise blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal daily
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Team player with clear communication skills
