Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic construction equipment under supervision (e.g., jackhammers, saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying materials
- Contribute to maintaining clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Basic communication skills and willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
