Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions
- Maintain organized tool and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or related experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
