Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and debris removal
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support carpenters and masons with layout and framing tasks
- Perform basic concrete work and finishing operations
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or related experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
