Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and equipment storage
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and collaborate effectively with team members
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
