Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Support skilled trades with material delivery and setup
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Adapt to project needs across Charlotte, NC, and Atlanta, GA
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic tool knowledge (training available)
- Willingness to travel between NC/GA projects
- Pass background/drug screening
