Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material preparation and site cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate light machinery (training provided) such as jackhammers and saws
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Assist in setting up temporary structures and scaffolding
- Report hazards and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme Arizona weather
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
