Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with demolition, excavation, and material handling
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (drills, saws, etc.)
- Perform site cleanup and waste disposal according to protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety instructions
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and PPE compliance
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
