Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, loading/unloading, and equipment operation
- Prepare construction sites through clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up safety barriers
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Support concrete work, demolition, and site restoration tasks
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Philadelphia
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
