Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including digging, pouring concrete, and framing.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Clean and prepare job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Measure and cut materials as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work part-time hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
