Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and equipment setup
- Perform demolition, excavation, and land clearing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Support skilled trades (carpentry, masonry, plumbing) as needed
- Conduct quality checks on completed work
- Adhere to project timelines and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
