Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using specialized testing equipment
- Manage projects from estimation to completion while maintaining safety standards
- Train junior electricians and oversee apprentice work
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial electrical systems
- OSHA 10 certification required (30 preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/after-hours
